Our 6 years in sports, especially the CLEFT AWARENESS MARATHONS, help us create awareness about clefts across Tanzania, and hundreds have benefited from our free cleft surgeries, malnutrition rehabilitation, and speech therapy. That is why we love to stage marathons every year because every step brings a smile somewhere in Tanzania. We've reached out to thousands of children with clefts.
